Horse & Rider

horse and rider chiropractic.JPG

Horse and rider should move as one — and when both spines are moving and functioning properly, balance, communication, and performance naturally improve.

Because horse and rider influence each other with every ride, it’s common to find similar patterns of tension, imbalance, and compensation in both. We often see mirrored patterns of dysfunction — a misaligned pelvis in the rider reflected as an uneven stride in the horse, or tension in the rider’s upper back translating into restriction through the horse’s poll and neck, where tight hands can disrupt proper movement.

Chiropractic care helps restore healthy motion, posture, and nervous system function in both partners. When the spine and nervous system are working properly, horse and rider can move more freely, recover faster, and perform at a higher level — while reducing the risk of injury and long-term strain.

Appointments for horse and rider can be booked together during stable visits.
