Dr Savannah Mahoney

Chiropractor & Founder

After more than a decade away—nine years of education with a few wild travel chapters woven in—I bring a unique blend of professional training and life experience to my work. I hold a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Acadia University, a Doctor of Chiropractic from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, and certification in animal chiropractic through the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic. While living in New Zealand, I founded and ran Auckland Animal Chiropractic.

My love for animals started early. I grew up in Beachburg with horses in the backyard—many of them boarded by my veterinarian mom—and there were always dogs running around. Some of my fondest memories come from hanging out in my mom’s vet clinic, spending time in the pet room playing with puppies and watching animals heal. Raised by a chiropractor dad and a vet mom, I saw from day one what it means to serve your community with skill, compassion, and consistency.

I’ve had my fair share of wild and free adventures before coming back to Canada—probably the wildest was buying two horses and riding them solo across Mongolia. The nomadic families I stayed with called me ‘the woman who rides alone.’ Honestly, that’s how it felt when I first started Flow. But now, I’ve built an incredible community of people who love their animals and want to help them thrive. I get to spend my days travelling to all of them, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
